A complimentary 15-minute Discovery Session occurs first to determine if we are a fit and the setup of the coaching structure.
There is no one single plan of action as it’s really important to make each session as beneficial for you as an individual. We all learn differently and are at different levels in our experience. You’ll receive from me actions/steps to take and guidelines to follow that are going to work best for you.
Then each coaching session is one-hour

You are able to record your session. Transitional coaching is not for everybody, and it is not a substitute for therapy. My coaching and self-education process is designed for healthy people who are seeking meaningful change in their lives. The coaching will help you with skills and insight to access your inner self, your inner authority. My coaching is a structured and goal-oriented process, not a therapeutic one.
