By booking an appointment with me for a reading, you are acknowledging:

Upon booking and payment, you understand and agree that Psychic ("Tarot," "Oracle," and "Mediumship") Readings are for educational, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only. All guidance is subject to interpretation. Any information or guidance provided does not constitute or substitute for legal, psychological, financial, medical, or business advice. By engaging in a reading, you understand that psychics do not diagnose illnesses, including questions pertaining to pregnancy and death.

 

Payment in full is required at the time of reading. I claim no responsibility whatsoever to any person or entity for any liability, loss, or damage caused or alleged to be caused, both directly and indirectly, as a result of the reading you receive. The information provided in your reading and your data are treated as confidential and protected. I provide complete confidentiality to all of my clients.

 

The information in my readings is intended for your general information only and is an expression of opinion–not to be construed as legal, medical, or psychological advice. Any guidance given during a reading is given to you for your thoughtful consideration only. You accept full personal and legal responsibility for your own life choices. You are encouraged to make your own decisions regardless of any information or interpretation I may convey. There is no guarantee or implied warranty, and I will not be responsible for any interpretations, decisions, or actions taken by my clients. I will not be held liable for loss of income, damages, or emotional stress considered to be caused by providing a service to my clients.

Please be aware that I can't promise or guarantee that a specific relative, friend, or guide will come through for you during a mediumship reading. Spirituality and communication with those beyond our physical realm are complex, unpredictable, and mysterious in nature; therefore, I cannot guarantee contact or communication with any specific persons during your reading. It does help if you come to the reading with an open mind and an open heart. I do not wish to have authority over your life, self-understanding, or future. I strongly urge you to be your own healer and best advocate.

 

I, or any intuitive, cannot guarantee the 100 percent accuracy of any statement, and I do not include or guarantee predictions of the future in my practice. I always urge people who see me to remain in authority in their own lives. No psychic, medium, intuitive, or other counselor can tell you what to do or tell you who you are. Intuitive, psychics, mediums, and other such practitioners can be wrong, interpret material incorrectly, or put language to the information they receive that miscommunicates, or only partly communicates, what they are seeing, sensing, and hearing. Remember that intuitive encounters complex symbols, feelings, tastes, sounds, images, memories, and so on, which they then must rapidly translate into human language. Error is possible.

 

With all that being said, it is important that you are present for your psychic session. In order to be present, you cannot be intoxicated with alcohol, psychedelics, or other drugs. This does not include any medications you take for mental or physical health. I gladly work with those who are on medications and plant medicines, as this is also something I am familiar with. Just be sure that you are coherent and able to bring your consciousness with you to the session. 

 

I reserve the right to end any reading if I deem it in the client's or my best interest. May those who book services do so within their highest good.

Appointment Cancellations and Refund Policy

 

• Cancellations or rescheduling of a reading or mentoring session must be made within 48 hours of the appointment.

 

• Once a reading is received, a refund can no longer be issued. 

 

• In an effort to guarantee your satisfaction with my services, I offer a one-time courtesy as follows. If you feel that you would like to stop the reading, healing, or mentoring session within fifteen minutes of our appointment's start time, you are free to do so and will receive a 100% refund. 

 

• This courtesy can only be offered within the initial fifteen minutes of the appointment; if the session continues any longer than fifteen minutes, it becomes non-refundable. In my experience, fifteen minutes is more than enough time to be able to gauge whether you are comfortable with the session.
