By booking a reading, mentoring session, spiritual healing session, or any other service with Jill E. Davis, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You have read and understood this Disclaimer Policy.

• You agree to all terms outlined herein.

• You are at least 18 years of age, or you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian if you are under 18.

• If you are purchasing a session as a gift or booking on behalf of another individual, you acknowledge responsibility for ensuring the recipient is aware of and agrees to this Disclaimer Policy before receiving services.

 

Nature of Services

• Psychic, Tarot, Oracle, Mediumship, Spiritual Mentoring, and Spiritual Healing Services are provided for educational, spiritual, personal growth, and entertainment purposes only.

• All information shared during a session is subject to personal interpretation and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice.

• The services provided by Jill E. Davis do not constitute legal, medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, business, or other professional advice. No diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any medical, psychological, or psychiatric condition is offered or implied.

• Questions regarding health concerns, medical conditions, pregnancy, mental health, legal matters, financial decisions, or any other professional matter should be directed to appropriately licensed professionals.

 

No Guarantees and Free Will

• No specific outcomes, results, predictions, or communications are guaranteed.

• Mediumship and intuitive work are inherently subjective and involve interpretation. • By participating in a session, you agree that Jill E. Davis shall not be held liable for any decisions, interpretations, actions, losses, damages, emotional distress, loss of income, or other consequences resulting from information received during a reading or session.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jill E. Davis shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to any services provided.

• All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

 

Audio and Video Recordings

• Personal Use Only: If a session is recorded by either the practitioner or the client, the recording is provided or permitted strictly for your private, personal use.

• Distribution Ban: You may not publish, broadcast, copy, reproduce, or share any portion of the audio or video recording on public platforms, websites, or social media channels without the explicit, written consent of Jill E. Davis.

• Technical Disclaimer: While Jill E. Davis may provide a recording as a courtesy, technology can fail. Jill E. Davis is not liable for, and will not issue refunds for, lost, corrupted, or failed recordings.

 

Medical and Mental Health Disclaimer

• If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or any urgent health concern, please contact emergency services or a qualified healthcare provider immediately.

• Never delay seeking professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care because of information received during a reading or spiritual session.

• Spiritual services are not crisis intervention services and should not be relied upon during emergencies or urgent situations.

 

Confidentiality and Privacy

• Information shared during sessions is treated as confidential and handled with respect and discretion.

 

Session Participation and Right to Refuse Service

• To ensure the integrity of the session, clients must be coherent, alert, and able to participate fully.

• Services may not be provided to individuals who appear to be intoxicated, impaired, disruptive, abusive, or otherwise unable to engage appropriately in the session.

• Jill E. Davis reserves the right to refuse, reschedule, or discontinue services at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, safety concerns, inappropriate conduct, or requests that fall outside the scope of services offered.

 

Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled session.

• Payments are non-refundable.

• Requests to reschedule made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be denied, and the session fee may be forfeited.

• No-shows and missed appointments are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.

 

Refund Policy

• Once a session has been completed, refunds will not be issued.

• To support client satisfaction, Jill E. Davis offers a one-time courtesy guarantee: If, within the first fifteen (15) minutes of a reading, healing, or mentoring session, you feel the service is not the right fit, you may end the session and request a full refund.

• Requests for a refund must be made within the initial fifteen (15) minutes of the session. If the session exceeds fifteen (15) minutes, it will be deemed accepted and non-refundable. Fifteen minutes is generally sufficient time for both practitioner and client to determine whether the session is a good fit.

 

Website Use and Governing Law

• By using this website, booking a service, or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer Policy and all related policies.

• Governing Law: This Disclaimer Policy and any disputes arising from your use of these services or website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted exclusively before the appropriate courts in New Jersey.
