A Few of My Favorite Things
Changing your mindset is one of the most effective ways to get through difficult times. I know that it can be challenging at times.

I've learned that you can't think of two things at once. So, if you have a "worry" thought and hold it for a while, your mind will search for other thoughts to add to your worry thought. In minutes, you can be sucked into more of those thoughts.
The good news is that a "happy" thought can have the same result.
Here's a list of some of my favorite things that give me a spiritual boost. Make your list, complete with photos of your favorite things, and keep it with you when you're feeling down.
